SERVER RULES

                                                                 Maximum deed size is 121x121 with a maximum of 2 guards only.

That is a deed of 60x60x60x60. This can be in any direction as long as it is not over 121x121

​

  •   If a deed mayor has not logged on for 30 days or greater, their deed can and will be disbanded without warning due to inactivity. Tell management if planned hiatus will take longer than this, we will give a grace period.

  • Everyone is here to have fun and do their own thing please be respectful and no begging.

  • ​

  • RULE on road building: we don't allow any off-deed roads without kitty pre-approval, and we will issue either a temporary or permanent ban if they do. Please send a support ticket if you want to build near the other player deed

  • ​

  •  All servers are PVE. Griefing and harassment are not allowed.

  • ​

  •  Players are responsible for securing their stuff. Everything not properly secured is considered free game.

  • ​

  •  If you find a bug – report it, don’t abuse it.

  • ​

  •  All client mods are allowed as long as they aren’t actively disruptive to the community or the server itself.

  • The only Real rule that I care about: If you get upset with someone and you decide to argue with them, Take it private! DO NOT AIR YOUR DIRTY LAUNDRY IN PUBLIC! If there is a serious concern then allow a GM to handle it.

  •  No land-bridges that block waterways, please.

  • ​

  •  Clean up after yourself when you are not on your own deed. This includes dirt piles, logs, corpses, rocks, butchered items, crafted items, etc.

  • ​

  •  POLITICS, RELIGION, EXCLUSION:

  • ​

  • Please don’t discuss politics or religion in the public chats, including Science if you are making a religion of it (i.e. stating it as an alternative to religion, rather than just commenting on cool scientific facts and/or speculation). Anything that divides or excludes people, or suggests that “obviously” any intelligent person would agree, creates drama is not okay here.

  • ​

  •  Building from old deed can be transfer to new owner on this condition ie a: Either with previous owner permission B: The owner has not logged in for more then 90 days.

  • ​

  • Road building is not allow within 15 tiles near the deed unless the owner allows or at the GM's desecration
